School of Leadership Studies - Continuing Education

The School of Leadership Studies currently offers some of its online learning courses to Continuing Education students.

Once enrolled, students will receive a welcome orientation package, a computer account and an RRU e-mail account. Students will be able to discuss course related topics in a virtual classroom as well as have access to supplemental learning resources. Instructors will be available to answer questions or assist with assignments, which are submitted electronically over the Internet. The delivery format of these courses permits students to progress through the coursework in the convenience of their home or workplace environment.

An individual has assignments marked and is granted grades and credit for the course upon successful completion. If the individual subsequently applies to and is offered admission into the Master of Arts in Leadership or the Master of Arts in Leadership with specialization in Health program, they are eligible to receive academic and tuition credit.  The value of the tuition credit would be equal to the cost of the course within the program of study at the time of admission and would be applied to their account in the session in which they would have taken that course.
